Originally from Livorno where I learned authentic Italian cuisine, 

 I moved to London where I adapted the most popular dishes to the taste of my international clientele.



I love all recipes, I have a passion for handmade pasta! 

As a chef, I mostly rely on the quality of the ingredients and their preparation. 


My Style

Their simplicity characterises my dishes. I deliver high quality and flavour using 2 to 4 main ingredients, bringing the most out of them.

Everything I cook is homemade and fresh.

Authentic Tuscany cuisine from the Mediterranean coast:
